The credentials that you have to use are the ones Simona Malatesta will send the convivium leader in a separate email.�

After entering your Convivium credentials, it is mandatory to fill in the field your personal data.

* Name
* Surname
* Card number
* Personal e-mail

Click on "**Submit**" to create the user profile.

Once you have succefully completed the registration, an email with your login credentials is sent to your personal email box. Please check your spam box if you do not receive any emails.
